Ultra-clean canning production line:
The ultra-clean canning production line uses aseptic isolation technique, fills and seals materials in the sterile room after sterilization of bottles and covers with reliable methods. COP and SOP systems ensure the entire clean and sterilization of the interior of equipment. CIP and SIP systems ensure the entire clean and sterilization of material pipelines and canned valve. The 100-level purification space utilizes a patented canned valve with high accuracy and low reflow. The use of PROFIBVS assembly control technology can realize the central control of the entire line.
